BluDivino is a semi-hard blue cheese made from cow's milk and refined in Barbera d'Asti DOCG wine. Aged for 60 days, it features a distinctive purple rind and a white paste with blue veins and vinous shades. Its texture is firm yet melting, enhanced by the wine-soaking process.
