The Fois olive farm was founded in 1890 in the countryside surrounding Alghero, in the north-west of Sardinia, an ideal environment for olive growing thanks to its temperate climate mitigated by the proximity of the sea.Today, the farm is passionately managed by the Fois family, who oversee every processing phase, from olive cultivation to the extraction of high-quality extra virgin olive oil.
The olive farm currently spans an area of approximately 300 hectares of olive groves, housing around more than 30,000 olive trees, primarily of the Bosana cultivar.
