Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, following the ancient knowledge passed down for five generations.
From the cultivation of Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes, to the manual harvest, the slow cooking of the grape must and the aging in ancient barrels, up to the packaging, the Leonardi family continues to oversee every stage of the production process on-site, following a short supply chain.
We offer Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and food condiments, as well as fine EVO oil, produced on our estate in Sicily, also in PL.
