A run closed-loop Farm producing for more than 4 generations Exclusive Balsamic Vinegar of Modena according to tradition. All production steps take place within one facility: from the growing of typical Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes, going through their picking up, squeezing, cooking and ageing in the more of 4.500 wooden barrels, bottling and packaging of the final product. The result of working exclusively the traditional way is a wide range of genuine products, 100% natural, free of any kind of chemical agent or preservatives and with a real traceability throughout the producing path.
