Acetificio Andrea Milano was founded in 1889 and nowadays it is one of the main and oldest vinegar manufacturer. The new head production is located in the Industrial Area of Acerra, near Napoli port . The factory located in Modena represents the pride of the production of the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. The onecentury-old oak casks allow us to manage the complex aging process according to traditional methods, handed down from father to son. We produce Wine Vinegar, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Apple cider vinegar, Glaze, Vino Cotto and many other dressings conventional and organic.
