At the historic Acetificio Mengazzoli, we have been continuing the ancient art of vinegar production since 1962, a tradition handed down through the generations. Our history and goals, with adherence to the organic production system as early as 1984, drive us to use increasingly advanced and innovative technologies to offer products that meet contemporary needs and tastes. "Mengazzoli" represents the utmost versatility: from wine and fruit vinegars to Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP, from condiments to Balsamic Creams, to Parpaccio, the innovative vinegar zest.
