1. 100% Italian raw materials whose supply chain is completely traceable by the consumer
2. Triple dough mixing at low temperature
3. Slow extrusion
4. Bronze die extrusion
5. Slow drying at low temperature

The company is BRC and IFS certified. It produces organic egg and spelt pasta certified by Suolo e Salute.
