The company is certified organic and mainly produces extra virgin olive oil, guaranteeing the traceability of its product and to this end, since 2020 it has created its own latest generation MORI oil mill, where it only uses its own olives.
The latter is able to carry out all the natural phases of the birth of the oil in the most suitable way, as well as allowing the olives to be processed in a very short time and with very high levels of hygiene in order to avoid unwanted effects such as oxidation and rancidity so as to preserve perfumes and polyphenols.
