Pasquale Cianciullo opened his bakery in 1967, in Jelsi, a small and suggestive village of Molise. Traditional family recipes, handled down by generations, combined with the finest ingredients from local farmers along with the artist hands of the baker, all contributed to the creation of his masterpieces. A few years ago, Mr. Cianciullo, handede his apron down to his son Francesco. Today, their line of products include: artisanal cake, yeast-leavened products, pastries and a variety of cookies. Their success and pursuit of perfection derives from the company's core values.
