The oil farm "S. Giovanni Battista" is a partnership of farmers established in 1968. Since 2017 it is recognized as a Producer Organisation. The partnership boasts at present 139 olive growers, the only suppliers of all pressed olives. These olives are exclusive to the town of Colletorto , which is located in the Molise region, in Italy.Every year, an average of 1300 tons of olives are produced from an area covering around 300 hectares (40.000 trees). The olives, whose prevailing variety is the black olive from Colletorto. (certificate UNI ISO 22005:2007 - UNI EN ISO 9001:08
