Tartufi Le Ife is located in Capracotta, high in the mountains where truffles are processed using spring water and air from an altitude of 1,421 meters. The recipes are crafted to enhance the truffle, seeking out the highest quality raw materials and avoiding the use of preservatives or coloring agents. The technologies ensure careful processing to preserve the processed ingredients and the sensory and gustatory characteristics of the products, as steam vacuum cooking and innovative freeze-drying processes. All recipes are available in both retail and food service sizes.
