Based in Capracotta, in the pristine high mountains, the company processes truffles using pure spring water and fresh mountain air at 1,421 meters a.s.l. Each recipe is carefully crafted to enhance the authentic flavor of truffles, selecting only premium raw ingredients and avoiding preservatives and artificial coloring. Modern technologies, including steam vacuum cooking and innovative freeze-drying, ensure gentle processing while preserving the natural aroma, taste, and quality of every product.
