Our history dates back to 1960 in the small town of Ballabio, in Valsassina, at the initiative of Aldo Carozzi. Over the years we grew and moved just a few kilometres away to Pasturo, still in the heart of the Valley of Cheeses. The company came to be led by its second and third generations, which give new impetus to business development through the entrance into new distribution channels and progressive expansion
abroad. We have been committed to combining the precious artisan skills of cheesemakers with the needs dictated by the most modern tastes for over 50 years.
