• Pastificio Fazion – specializing in Lasagne, Cannelloni and Tagliatelle Nests
• Pastificio Rigo – Known for crafting Cannelloni and Giant Shapes like the Jumbo shells
• Pastificio di Chiavenna – focused on specialty pasta and Pizzoccheri
