MarinoSmokeHouse is a Barbecue school dedicated to spreading a modern and technical fire-cooking culture. Through hands-on courses, it brings together enthusiasts and professionals who want to master the art of cooking with fire.
The project is led by Andrea Marino, BBQ Coach and PhD in Physics, creator of the “What, When and Why” method that goes beyond recipes to truly understand cooking techniques. He also hosts “Questa non è una grigliata”, Italy’s first podcast entirely dedicated to BBQ. MarinoSmokeHouse is a community of Smokers built on sharing, quality and sustainability.
