Antica Sicilia was founded in 2004 on the slopes of Etna by the Cantone family who, out of love for their homeland, gave birth to an artisan company entirely inspired by the Sicilian gastronomic tradition. Antica Sicilia with the aim of reviving in our dishes the most genuine and characteristic flavors and aromas of Sicily, has based the entire production on a strong attention in the selection of products and a meticulous care in the preparation of preserves, creating its own identity within the articulated national, European and now also American market
