Our farm is located in Matera (Italy), a city recognized by UNESCO in its “World Heritage List”.
We preserve our vegetables and fruits with love, using traditional and typical methods of our territory. We select for each vegetable or fruit the best method, choosing among drying, salt or pickling in
oil and using natural preservatives such as vinegar, salt or lemon juice. We only use Extra Virgin Olive Oil, because it is healthy and genuine, digestible, rich in antioxidant properties. For our containers we use exclusively glass.
