Cufrol, now Terre Francescane, based in Spoleto, was founded by some of the oldest olive mills in the central Italian region of Umbria and is lead by the Gradassi Family together with Tiziano Scacaroni. The later, thanks also to his extraordinary palate, runs the day to day running of the Company. One common denominator binds these entrepreneurs: a sheer passion for extra virgin olive oil. Terre Francescane directly controls the sales of its products, privileging quality above all but without neglecting product innovation and design.
