Large-scale production of an innovative solid vegetable fat based on olive oil (over 80% of the fat part), with characteristics comparable to butter. It exists in three versions: CLASSIC (suitable for making any product), SFOGLIA (for making puffed products eg croissants), ANHYDROUS (for making anhydrous creams). Thanks to its ease of "whipping" it allows to obtain any type of baked product using from 20 to 30% less than the fat normally added. It is sold in 20 kg and 10 kg formats for industry and in 180 g cans for retail..
