The Castelli del Ducato network is a major cultural tourism initiative established in 1999. It brings together and promotes 38 historic properties open to the public, including fortresses, strongholds, royal palaces, castles, and historic residences. The network also features 13 historic accommodations set within ancient walls, alongside 50 supporting cultural sites located across historic villages and cities of art, such as museums, academies, gardens, palaces, and a labyrinth.
