Apulia Food S.r.l. is an italian company located in Canosa di Puglia (BT), owned by the Margiotta family, one of the leaders in the country for the production and marketing of “taralli”. We process daily about twenty tons of flour not forgetting the tradition, which provides after the forming also the boiling of the tarallo as the ancient production method wants. We are IFS, BRC and UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 certfied. Today we are proud to say we are among the first “Tarallifici” considering turnover and territorial coverage in Italy.
