It was 1983 when Il Pastaio, the fresh egg pasta workshop, was born,today De Angelis Food is the parent of De Angelis Food Group. After acquiring a majority stake in Food Valley, a Parma-based start-up that produces and markets plant-based and alternative products to meat as well as fresh pasta stuffed with vegetables. De Angelis Food Group will co-participate in the management of the Regal pasta factory, wholly owned by Saor del Mar, the company specializing in fish sauces and cod.
