Since 1958, the POKER ravioli factory has been producing fresh filled pasta made following the most authentic of Lombard traditions. Traditions that do not allow compromise but oblige perseverance in the use of quality raw materials and rigorous manufacturing processes.
POKER does not use any additives, dyes, preservatives, or GMO derivatives as a matter of principle, but relies on technological innovation and the cold chain for product preservation.
