Armonie Alimentari is based in Bibbiano, a small town where 900 years ago Parmigiano Reggiano was born. The company produces crispy leaves called Parmonie. This product is a chip made with 24-month aged Parmigiano Reggiano PDO, olive oil and flour. These three ingredients are blended into a dough, shaped into chips and baked in the oven, with no added preservatives. Since 2017, it also selects and distributes Parmigiano Reggiano “63 Essenze” - 63 Essences - of the stable meadows, renewing its mission of enhancing local products.
