Recently the Group has expanded further with the acquisition of UNIMAC-GHERRI, a company specialising in filling and closing glass containers with twist-off tops for packaging liquids, semi-liquids and viscous food products and the acquisition of TIRELLI, cosmetic packaging equipment specialist.
