The Cotnari vineyard covers 1750 hectares, with 350 hectares under the direct management of Casa de Vinuri Cotnari, focusing on the cultivation of traditional Romanian grape varieties such as Grasă de Cotnari, Tămâioasă Românească, and Fetească Albă, alongside Feteasca Neagră, Busuioacă, and Feteasca Neagră.
