“Blonde d’Aquitaine: European Beef Excellence” is a a promotional campain on the beef cattle breed called Blonde d'Aquitaine. It is co-financed by the UE under Reg. 1144/2014 and its promoters are Asprocarne Piemonte and France Blonde d’Aquitaine Sélection. Asprocarne is an Organisation of beef cattle producers that has about 500 associate members who farm over 130.000 animals of both Italian and foreign breeds. The Organisation’s mission is to improve, promote, enhance and market the beef products produced by its associate farmers, e.g. Blonde d’Aquitaine beef.
