For three generations the Caroli family has been growing olives and producing high quality extra virgin olive oil, the result of a careful selection of the best olives that nature offers and constant control during the production process. The company has the quality certifications UNI EN ISO 9001:2008, UNI EN ISO 22005:2008, IFS and also produces and promotes organic oil with the brand “La Casa di Caroli” NOP USDA compliant with EC Reg. No. 889/08. The varieties of olives used for production are Ogliarola, Coratina, Leccino, Frantoio, Cellino and Cerasuola.
