Our pasta line is made with 100% Italian Senatore Cappelli wheat, handcrafted and bronze-drawn to ensure a perfect consistency and unmistakable flavor. Quality standards are ensured by the application of the HACCP system and IFS and organic certification. We specialize in the production of regional pasta shapes such as Busiate, Fileja, Orecchiette, Trofie, Cavatelli, and more.
