Avioincar was founded in 1998 as a small manufacturer of stainless steel equipment for the food industry.

Our work consists of the study and development of equipment that meet the needs of the client.

It first years of activity, our production was concentrated on hams in the area of Parma / Modena, beef in the region of Lombardy and Emilia Romaglia.

81In 2003 we began the production of nylon hooks for meat and sausages. It is hooks for foodstuffs, with long lasting durability which holds loads up to 70 kg, which allows us to significantly lower the cost of the "classic" stainless steel hook
