Our products are made only with cooked grape must or with the addition of our wine vinegar and absolutely without colorants, thickeners, preservatives or other chemical artifices. We present a wide range of products from the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia and Modena, to the balsamic condiments Castelli, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P. , creams, jam and chocolates with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena . We are a fast growing company that exports all over the world but that preserves an art handed down for generations.
