Maida was born in 1996, determined to add value to the produce grown on its land, turning it into vegetables preserved in oil, jams, pastes and sauces. The art of preserving the goodness from the land was passed down through the generations and plunges its roots in the cultural tradition of the Magna Graecia. A constant search for quality in the raw materials to process, from the presentation to selling by offering a product that fully represents the area to which it is closely connected.
