“Rosso Forte” means “strong red” and it is a strongly connected to our land. Each of the ingredients in its composition is cultivated in Calabria.
The innovation we introduced is combining almond and coffee with chilli pepper. From an organoleptic point of view, we mitigate the excess of spiciness that generally covers other flavours, when pairing food with chilli pepper. We don’t use any animal fat or hydrogenated fat.
