We have always made olive oil and will always go on making it.
We have been managing olive oil presses for five generations. For over 120 years, through the smells of our products, we have been telling about the magic of the Argentina Valley, of Taggia and of the Taggiasca olives. The countryside of our valley is a splendid postcard that would be difficult to replicate, in which the silvery trees of the Taggiasca cultivar grow, grasping the harsh terraced ground, guarded by the mountain and cuddled by the woods and the sea. This complex“terroir”gives rise to an unmatched aromatic harmony.
