The story of Costa dei Rosmarini begins in Liguria in1995, in a small estate surrounded by rosemary and olive trees, with a limited production of extra virgin olive oil of rare quality, for haute cuisine and gourmets. Today Costa dei Rosmarini oil is produced in Imperia and its quality is appreciated both in Italy and abroad. Costa dei Rosmarini then added to its catalogue several gourmet specialties: pitted Taggiasca olives, Taggiasca olives in brine, Taggiasca olive paste, sauces, dried tomatoes, tuna ventresca, anchovy fillets.
