The origins of Bassi SpA., company leader in the production of Gorgonzola Dop, are to be traced back four generations ago.
Special attention is paid to all phases of the complete production chain, from selection of the raw materials, to production, to seasoning and packaging. The milk is collected from the best farms of the typical areas of origin in tankers belonging to the Company.
These characteristics lead to offer the highest soddisfation and requirement of Italian and International market, ensuring very high quality and sanitation standards.
