Our fresh, dry and frozen Pasta VENTIGRANI is made in Apice, province of Benevento, by Italian grains, produced directly in our own fields.
The morphology of the ground, the mild climate, the modern technology of our production line and the knowledge of our staff give birth to this slow drying bronze-drawn homemade pasta.
Our company policy based on respect of Nature and Earth: we use solar energy, we grow our grains with no use of chemical fertilizers and our packaging is eco-friendly, 100% recyclable paper.
