It’s 1964, we’re in Marsala. A group of visionary winemakers decide to join forces, giving life to Cantine Paolini. Since then, our history has been written with bunches of grapes and intertwined with the dedication of over 1000 members. We are the custodians of a legacy that dates back to the 16th century, when the Paolotti monastic order cultivated these same lands.
Furthermore, Paolini is a plural name, and behind it there are men and women who put their heart into every step of our process. From the vineyard to the bottling, we are a large family that shares the passion for wine.
