Pastificio Artigianale Gran Pastai dei Fratelli Giacalone is a young company based in Marsala, in the
province of Trapani, specializing in the artisanal production of traditional local dry pasta.
With the expertise and passion of three generations, the dream of producing and selling one of
Sicily's most typical products, particularly from the Trapani area, has come true. This is Busiata
pasta made from Sicilian durum wheat semolina. Bronze drawing is a method used to make the
surface of the pasta more porous, allowing it to absorb sauces better and improve the flavor.
