The Ponte Molinello dairy specializes in the production of products made strictly with buffalo milk from our company, which, processed immediately after the milking phase, does not lose its important nutritional qualities. The farm has 600 buffalo heads and has large covered stables and of numerous hectares of meadow where he grazes daily.
The products made with artisanal techniques and following the ancient recipe (rennet, salt and buffalo milk) are served directly from the producer to the consumer. The new line of fior di latte for pizza is also having great success.
