In 2015 Francesca Bortolotto gave a new direction to her family Estate. The philosophy is very simple from the vines through to the bottled wine: to look after and harmonize the production details so as to offer wines of increasingly improved quality, in respect both of the enviroment and customers.The Estate spreads over 21 hectares,15 used for the vines, equally divided between the Collio and Isonzo appelations, in a unique body.The production has almost completely left the traditional wooden tasks introducing clay amphoras with different grades of isolation. The Estate is certified Organic
