Hall 06 - Booth E 004

Coexhibitor of BF SPA

Ghigi Pasta history began in 1870 in Morciano di Romagna when the baker and trader Nicola Ghigi, due to the expanding local market, founded a small handicraft factory. In a short time the market expanded and the factory was transformed into an industry with his own mill completing the integrated production cycle.
Today, the GHIGI 1870 pasta factory is part of BFSPA, the most important Italian and European AgroIndustrial Group. The pasta factory strategically completes durum wheat supply chain of BonificheFerraresi, which aims to guarantee its direct control from the field to the table.
