Febo Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced in Apulia (Southern Italy) from Picholine Cultivar according to the criteria of organic agriculture. It is a monovarietl oil that is distinguished by its fruity and intense flavour with notes of green gras, almond and artichoke. The olives are harvested with manual harvesters and shakers, which do not damage the tree or the olives, andare then pressed within one hour of harvesting. After extraction, the oil is filtered and stored under inert gas in a thermoregulated silos, awaiting packaging.
