Biraghi was founded in 1934 by Ferruccio Biraghi, born and raised in Cavallermaggiore. From an artisan dairy, it soon equipped itself with advanced technology, for which it continues to make massive investments, aimed at guaranteeing the highest quality of its products. The company's cardinal principle is to focus on the territory and the local economy while having a national and international vision of the market. It is currently run by two of the founder's sons.
