Located in Cavallermaggiore (CN), between the Langhe and Monviso, the Biraghi company was founded in 1934. Biraghi collects and processes approximately 445,000 l of milk per day, for a total of over 162 million l per year, approximately 13% of all milk produced in Piedmont.
The Piedmontese company produces approximately 325,000 forms of Gran Biraghi per year and approximately 210,000 forms of Gorgonzola DOP, always considered the excellence of Biraghi. The company also produces UHT Ricotta, Butter and Milk.Since 2023, Biraghi has been the Official Partner of the Italian National Football Team
