We are in Folgaria, a small mountain village located at 1100 meters in the Trentino region of northern Italy. Here is where Barbaforte project has developed from the passion for tasting and brewing craft beer. The selection of quality ingredients (starting with spring water, which makes up about 90% of beer), the choice of leaving our beers unfiltered and unpasteurized, together with the use of hop as the only natural preservative have led to the creation of a drink with complex flavors and aromas that evoke delicate emotions.
