Our craft brewery Birrificio Bradipongo was born in 2012 in North-Eastern Italy from the idea of Andrea and Anna, cousins and both Food Technologists. With a little insanity we decided to take on the challenge of spreading craft beer culture in our land, devoted for centuries to wine production. We decided to put a stylised yeast cell on our logo, since we imagine the yeast as the amazing wizard who converts a bitter-sweet no-gas wort into the sparkling alcoholic beverage that we love the most.
