BEERS AND CIDERS We pruduce beer in Brianza (not far from Milano) since 2007, deep rooted in our region but distrituted all over Italy too, with both spontaneity/originality and a lot of technique. We've got a great range of beers, taking inspiration from belgian and german and english traditions, but also following new trends, including barrel aged and sour beers (among them we invented a beer fermented with sourdough yeast, called BIRRA MADRE). We won a lot of awards (see, for example, our well known LA VERGUENZA). Since 2019 we produce CIDERS, all dry and sour!
