By 1992, the bakery had evolved into a workshop, crafting artisanal delights. In 2010, leveraging Grandfather Rocco's know-how, the idea to export Sicilian products materialized in 2014 when the grandchildren united, building a new production site. In 2019, BLANCO SRL was established, continuing the family vision with a focus on excellent quality, passion for pastry, and specialties, making it a stable and trustworthy company.
