The Bulloni Bakery was established in 1970 by Celestina Catte and her husband Giulio Bulloni. Their sons are now leading the company and produce approximately 15-18 quintals of Carasatu bread per day. The activity was started over 50 years ago from the need to refine the experience and knowledge acquired in the production of this traditional bread as a consequence of an increasing demand. After a few decades of activity, the production has switched from artisanal to mechanical. The Bulloni company has made Carasatu bread known throughout the world, receiving rewards and recognition worldwide.
